We offer a fully inclusive worldwide air freight service through our trusted network of global agents. When time is critical or the vehicle is of high value, air freight is the fastest and most secure option.
With your car’s safety as our top priority, we typically recommend a main deck option. For especially valuable or delicate vehicles, we also provide specially designed, reusable flight crates to ensure maximum protection during transit.
If you own or purchase a vehicle anywhere in the world, we can manage the entire process, coordinating and overseeing every step from start to finish.
Cargo insurance for all air freight shipments is also available upon request, covered under our global policy. It’s one more way we offer peace of mind, so you can rest easy, not lose sleep.
- Collect your vehicle, if required.
- Arrange the appropriate airline booking.
- Receive your vehicle at our export warehouse.
- Complete all customs formalities (see our Customs Brokerage section for details).
- Conduct airline security and hazardous goods pre-checks.
- Oversee aircraft pallet loading and unloading.
- Pre-alert the nominated arrival agent to manage release formalities.
- Arrange onward delivery of your vehicle, if required.
